Tillys First Week

By the looks of these pictures, everyone in the house was happy Tilly was here, but Warner wasn't so sure!  He definitely loved Tilly, but wasn't so sure about sharing the spotlight!  Nash is the real surprise....he wants to hold her more than all the other kids.  My recovery was very slow.  Having the c/section again was a big surprise, but also a big blessing.  Tilly turned breach at almost 38 1/2 weeks!  the Dr's all said baby's usually can't turn around when they are so big....but we definitely feel the love and watchful eye of Heavenly Father.  I did end up getting engorgement a few times which sent me to the Dr office more than usual.  I remember feeling sick, and Janis suggested that I take my temp...I had a fever and didn't know it.  Thank goodness for the antibiotics!  As far as Tilly goes, she was the easiest baby we have ever had!  Her and Anni were in  a tie for the most mellow, easy going girls!  Yeah!  She slept well too, 3-4 hour stretches, and by about 12 weeks she was sleeping through the night!

Tillys Here! April 2013

So I have not blogged in almost 2 years! But I thought I would give it a go again.  So starting with Tilly seemed like a reasonable spot.  ON April 24th 2013, Tilly Margaret was born.  It was a surprise, as the rest of them were.  Family and ward members told us wanted to know what it was, so Adam texted everyone in 4 different texts.  P...I..N...K!  It was so exciting and we couldn't believe we got a girl.  Bookends.  She came C section (which was unexpected) she turned breech at 39 weeks.  The Doctors said that baby's don't usually turn that late because there is no room for them to turn.  We definitely felt the Lords hand in that, and feel so blessed!    I wanted to name Tilly, Archie. But Adam didn't want to name her Archie.  We didnt' have a name other than Archie picked out.  Uncle Dennis called us and said what about naming her after, Pat Tillman and call her Tilly.  We liked it...so that's what we did! Thanks Uncles Dennis!

Fall Break 2011

The kids had fun spending time with cousins and friends during fall break this year. The Jensens came up the first week and our cousins the 2nd week!

Anni has already had a great 4th grade year.  She made Student Council by an amazing speech with balloons. The kids in her class got to pop a balloon and inside each balloon was a reason that Anni would be great for Student Council.  She is very good at soccer.  She is playing all positions but spends most of the time at forward this year.  Here she is making a school project, Catctus with Hot glue gun. We love that Hot Glue Gun!

Warner's One!

It has been the best year with Warner around! He is such a good baby and so much fun.  He loves to walk around explore and play with any kind of ball he can get his hands on.  His best buddy is -well All of his brothers!  Granny and Bompa came over to give him a big suprise.  He has just warmed up to Bompa.(Bompa likes to scare him with his big hands and lizard tongue)  We all love Warner!

Nash's 3!

Nash turned 3 in August.  We had a small family celebration at Tumbleweed Park. He got his first motorcycle.  That was all he needed- oh and his Spiderman mask.
